2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 120B IPC registered in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 328/2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation is against petitioner's brother Umesh Choudhary with respect to taking money from the informant for providing job. The said co-accused Umesh Choudhary had also filed Complaint Case No. 1209 of 2013 raising similar accusations against the informant and others

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the anticipatory bail petition.

5. A bare perusal of the FIR itself it is evident that the accusation has been made also against the petitioner of having taken money for providing job. The petitioner has criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
