The grievance of the petitioner is that on a complaint made by the petitioner as well as other persons attached with the dealer under the Public Distribution System, namely, Md. Samshad Alam who also happens to be brother of the petitioner that an enquiry was conducted by the Block Supply Officer, Jokihat, District-Araria and a report was submitted to the SubDivisional Officer, Araria, a copy of which is placed at Annexure3 to the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite

Patna High Court CWJC No.24 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 the irregularities being present in the report of the Block Supply Officer, the complaints made by the aggrieved consumers have not been taken to its logical conclusion.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the nature of the grievance, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the licensing authority i.e. the SubDivisional Officer, Araria to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to dispose of the same in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned dealer who is respondent no. 6 herein, namely, Md.
