Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5152 of 2017 (4) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araira in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
