2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant's sister was married to one Niddu Singh in 2010 and after the said marriage, she was assaulted and tortured by her husband. On 8.11.2024 informant got information that his sister was killed by her husband due to illicit relationship with this petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that the specific allegation is against co-accused Niddu Singh, who is husband of the deceased. Petitioner is not concerned with said Niddu Singh. Petitioner is married with one Raju Singh in 2014 and is blessed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20642 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 with two children. Petitioner claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Town Police Station Case No. 506 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
