Petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.08.2016 in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner got down of the vehicle after removing the bag of the informant. On chase, the petitioner was arrested and Rs.700/- was recovered from his possession. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.08.2016. Be that as it may, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
