Petitioner seeks bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No.391 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 120-B Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. Mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner that in the house of Surendra Yadav, tenant Dharmendra Kumar and Rahul Kumar are doing flesh trade under the supervision of this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
