====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Baisi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 366 and 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that petitioner had taken his cousin sister on the assurance to get her married. It is further alleged that she introduced her with two boys namely, Murshid and Jilani. They established physical relationship but refused to marry with her.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any overt act. The two boys Murshid and Jilani have refused to perform marriage with cousin sister of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70938 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 Petitioner is lady. She is in custody since 25.7.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
