In compliance with the same, she submitted her joining on 4.1.2012, she was permitted to duly discharge her duties, but because of backache and on advice of the family doctor, it is indicated that the petitioner could not work after 18.11.2016.

That being so, once the petitioner accepted joining, as is evident from the supplementary affidavit, no further action is

In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, arising out of the subsequent action after her joining, she may challenge the same in accordance with law in an appropriate proceeding.
