The petitioners seek bail in Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354(A) (II) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecutrix alleged that the petitioners touched her body dragged her for some distance and pushed her down on the ground but on alarm many persons came and only thereafter the petitioners fled away.

Shri Akhileshwar Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the medical report does not supports the ocular version of the prosecutrix, there was no injury on her body. She was complaining of pain.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46290 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are in jail for more than three months, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Buxar in Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016.
