JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with other accused persons set house of the informant on fire causing damage of household articles and cash. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Jawahir Sahani has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 66659 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.69715 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, Distt.
