2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of IPC.
3. The allegation against petitioner is to assault informant and others by using iron rod and with butt of pistol.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that upon medical examination injury of injured found simple in nature negating any intention to cause death on its face. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, moreover, one of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22615 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 similarly situated co-accused person namely, Raushan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by one of the learned coordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 10925 of 2025 vide order dated 07.03.2025.
5. Learned APP, opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of nature of injury which found simple prima-facie negating intention to cause death, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks of this order, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) Sudha/- U T
