JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 At the very outset, Sri Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG No. 8 submits that in the writ petition in sum and substance relief for regularization of service has been made. However, during the pendency of the writ petition advertisement has been published in which application has been invited. He submits that as per advertisement it has been contemplated to grant preference to such candidates and as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may take appropriate steps in view of the advertisement.
