Petitioner is accused in connection with Khagaria Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014 registered under Sections 376(G) of the I.P.C.
Having similar allegation, co-accused Sujit Chaurasia has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide Cr. Misc. No. 45257 of 2016, on 19.10.2016. The petitioner is cousin brother of the informant. The petitioner and co-accused Sujit Chaurasia allegedly physically exploited the informant by alluring her to marry with her. Subsequently, she was married with one Arun Chaurasia. Later on, Arun Chaurasia broke up the relationship then the petitioners took her to Delhi for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43017 of 2016 (5) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 the purpose of flesh trading. The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2016.
Considering the facts that co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court and the allegation against the petitioner is similar to that of the co-accused, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014.
