1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application with a liberty to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charges if the charges, till date, have not been framed as it has been submitted that police, after investigation, has submitted the final form in favour of the petitioners but the learned Trial Court, in a mechanical manner, differing with the police report, took cognizance of the offences by order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9296 of 2017(2) dt.20-09-2023 2/2 24.01.2017 which is impugned in the present quashing application. It is further submitted that even the allegations, as alleged in the FIR, does not inspire confidence. It is next submitted that all these issues will be raised at the time of framing of charges if the charges, till date, have not been framed.
