Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 17.02.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9118 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, only charge has been framed in this case, but not a single witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution and petitioner, who is lady, is in custody since 16.09.2018. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
