2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338 , 336 (3) , 340 ( 2 ) and 61 ( 2 ) of the B.N.S. and 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981 .

3 . It is a case of impersonation . As per the prosecution case , on 28.08.2024 at PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Kolasi Katihar examination of Kendriya Chayan Pariksha (Bihar Police Constable exam 2023) was going on . In the aforesaid examination , two candidates appeared in place of co-accused Suman Kumar and Arbind Kumar, one accused Suman Kumar was arrested at the gate of examination centre ,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27354 of 2025(2) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 while this petitioner succeeded in fleeing away .

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
