A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents nos. 1 to 3 enclosing therewith the communication of the Director, Horticulture, Govt. of Bihar to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna requesting change in the relevant Pension Payment Order ( for short 'PPO") respecting the petitioner no.1 of the name of his wife ( petitioner no.2). Precisely, for this grievance writ application was filed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21685 of 2014 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 Dr. Jha, fairly states that in the light of the aforesaid statements made in the counter affidavit and the communication enclosed at Annexure-A a request, is already made to the Accountant General for effecting correction in the PPO of the petitioner No.1, so far as the name of his wife (petitioner no.2) is concerned.

No one has, however, appeared on behalf of the Accountant General.

The writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent- Accountant General ( respondent no.4) to act on the said communication dated 16.3.15 (Annexure-A) and effect necessary correction in the PPO of the petitioner no.1 in so far as his wife is concerned , if not already done so far.
