The victim specifically stated the name of the petitioner in respect of his kidnapping and furthermore, the witnesses claimed that the victim had been kept in the room of the petitioner. It is a serious case of kidnapping in which petitioner took active part. Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mohammadpur P.S.Case No. 31 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj stands rejected.
