2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected earlier on merits vide order dated 04.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 62228 of 2024.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the trial has been delayed by the parties. Initially, the cross-examination of the witnesses was

No.20510 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 done on behalf the two brothers who are accused including the petitioner by one counsel but now to delay the trial, they are saying that they will separately cross-examine the witnesses. On the basis of these delaying tactics applied by the petitioner and other accused persons, the prayer for bail cannot be considered on the ground of delay in the trial.
