Mr. Sri Narsingh Tanti ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 536 of 2018 registered under Sections 342,409 and 420/34 of the Indian penal Code.

As per the Fir, the allegation is that informant was called in M.S.Real Enterprises Mohania of which Ajay Das was Director and petitioners were employees and in lieu of providing job co-accused Pappu Kumar has taken Rs. 12,000/- from the informant and also demanded Rs. 17,000/-. When informant did not give money, Pappu Kumar abducted him then he informed his family and after taking money he was released by accused persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no allegation of taking money by the petitioners, they

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 536 of 2018 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person of the petitioners having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
