JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2209 of 2012 for the offence under Sections 498A and other allied section of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of D.P.Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. As per complaint petition, it is alleged that the complainant was married with the petitioner and after marriage the petitioner used to torture and assault her due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with flu dignity and honour but the complainant is not ready to live with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran in connection with Complaint Case No. 2209 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.

It is further directed that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) every month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant. (Sudhir Singh, J) singh/- U T
