Petitioner prays for grant of bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 364 of 2015 registered under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, it transpired that he had diverse criminal cases of similar nature to his credit. In the confessional statement of another co-accused, his name transpired in the case. The petitioner is stated to be in custody in connection with this case since 10.03.2016.

Considering the previous background of the petitioner and other materials available on record, this Court, for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48704 of 2016 (2) dt.26-11-2016 2/2 the present, is not inclined to extend him privilege of bail. Prayer is rejected. However, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew prayer for bail after four months.
