The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153(A), 295, 295(A), 505(C), 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was identified as member of the procession and allegation is that the procession was violating the route permission.

Considering the aforesaid nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.17433 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas/successor Court in connection with Sheosagar Police Station Case No. 259 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
