2. The Court would clarify that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Darbhanga in which they were not a party and the same has adversely affected them, they shall have the right to move before the State Appellate Authority.

3. Learned counsel for the State agrees.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
