This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 6 & 7 to furnish "Birth Certificate" of the petitioner for reason that her mother namely Uma Kumari Sharma W/o Birendra Bihari Sharma was admitted in PMCH and had delivered girl child i.e. petitioner on 3rd of February 1965 on Wednesday at 01:45 AM (Night).

(ii) For further direction upon the respondent Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.6847 of 2024(2) dt.20-11-2024 2/3 School Examination Board, Patna to correct the date of birth of the petitioner from 10.01.1964 to 03.02.1965 mentioned in her original matriculation certificate on basis of documents supplied by her. (iii) For further direction upon respondent headmaster of Government Higher Secondary School, Shriwar Gopalpur, Naubatpur, Patna to make available the documents asked for by the respondent Joint Secretory of Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.

(iv) For any other relief/ reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievances by filing fresh representation before the Chairman, the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna (Respondent No. 4), along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Chairman, the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna (Respondent No. 4) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files her representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.6847 of 2024(2) dt.20-11-2024 3/3 within the stipulated period, the Chairman, the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna (Respondent No. 4) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
