The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the husband is already in custody. The petitioners are parents-inlaw and sister-in-law of the deceased. It has further been submitted that a compromise petition has been filed by the father of the deceased.
From the Fard-beyan, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8898 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
