Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 823 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Complainant who is the wife of the petitioner, has alleged that she has been tortured and ousted from her matrimonial home by the petitioner and other co-accused due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely

He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri. Arun Kumar, learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Arwal (Jehanabad) in connection with Complaint Case No. 823 of 2014.
Petitioner is directed to appear before the family court where maintenance case of complainant is pending after release on bail and if he does not appear in maintenance case, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
