Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

3/4 Petitioner's appeal against the order dated 09.10.2020 (Annexure-6) is pending consideration with the Secretary, Road Construction Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna. According to the petitioner the same was preferred on 19.08.2021, and has yet not been decided.

We see no reason as to why the appeal ought not to have been decided, if not already done so within a reasonable period of time.

Nonetheless accepting the petitioner's contention, we direct the petitioner to appear on 07.07.2022 before the appropriate Appellate Authority, who shall

4/4 consider and decide the petitioner's appeal within 2 weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
