Some sort of misappropriation by the FIR named accused including the petitioner was done during their official capacity as identified therein. So far petitioner is concerned, she has been identified as warden of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Barhara and her misappropriation happens to be of the year 2007-08 to 2010-11.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that after calculating the same, the amount comes to Rs.2,32,400/-. In case, the aforesaid amount is deposited before the learned lower court, which will not cause prejudice to the petitioner during course of trial, petitioner, Rita Kumari will be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49654 of 2014 (3) dt.01-04-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan PS Case No. 159/2012.
