JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Heard Sri Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajit Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04-05-2018 in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25 (1b) a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to order dated 16-01-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76811 of 2018. By the said order, while permitting learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the bail petition, liberty was granted to renew the prayer for bail after completion of six months from the date of last rejection of the prayer for bail, which was rejected on 20-08-2018.

In view of earlier observation as well as considering

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27031 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, namely, Sanjeet Kumar @ Sanjeev Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018.
