2. The instant application is filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 12384 of 2022, which stood dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 16.11.2022.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that, in fact, on account of sheer mistake by the concerned counsel,
