2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 09 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are accused of assaulting the victims causing injuries to them.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 27.01.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and there is general and omnibus

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 09 of 2026.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
