Petitioner was found heavily drunken as well as in possession of five litres of country made wine and for that he is under custody since 12.08.2016. Furthermore, from para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner lacks criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner, MANTU MINJ @ MANTU MINAJ is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Case No. CC 367 of 2016.
