The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Compliant Case No. 514 of 2014, under Sections 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the parties the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna for settlement of dispute between the parties. Further submission is that while petitioner was present on six days before the Mediation Centre, but only one day, the O.P. No.2 appeared before the Mediation Centre due to that reason the mediation could not be succeeded between the parties. Further submission is that petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5299 of 2017 (6) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 has also filed an application under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of the marriage.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Sikarahana, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. 514 (C) of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
