2. This is a second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, the pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner stood dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44001 of 2023.
3. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
4. As per prosecution case, total 292.875 liters illicit liquor was recovered from two seized motorcycles and one car.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious

6. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.
7. Considering the criminal antecedents of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
