This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20. 10. 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27737 of 2014 by which order was passed that in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, the petitioner will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in Kotwali (Barari) P.S.Case No. 154 of 2013, but the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period as the petitioner had to go to Bangalore for treatment of his father.

Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender by 5th February, 2015, the above named petitioner will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of R.10,000/- (Ten
