110 pouches each containing 180 ml was seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 23.11.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Harsh Kumar Arya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P. S. Case no.665 of 2016.
