The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Allegation of carrying midday meal rice, for the purpose of sale, is against other named accused. The petitioner is headmaster of that school and allegation is that the petitioner allegedly allowed them to carry away the rice under pressure of co-accused Mahadeo Singh @ Bhola Singh.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
