The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Section 304, 406 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are employees of A.V.S. Ranga Rao of M/s Soli Engineering Consultants. The complainant alleged that her husband was working in the said company and Rs. 30,000/- was lying due against the company. Due to non-payment of the dues, her husband returned home, but Tuntun Sah and Aslam came and took her husband on assurance to get the remaining wages paid to him. It is alleged that though her husband was ill, work was being taken from him and he died in the hospital.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2941 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 It appears that on account of the alleged dues of wages, this case has been filed. The petitioners are also workers of A.V.S. Ranga Rao of M/S Soli Engineering Consultants against whom no specific allegation has been made. Arresting of A.V.S. Ranga Rao has already been stayed vide order dated 09.09.2014 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23776 of 2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 2572C/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
