This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she was agent of E.S.B.I. Industries Ltd and she collected money from different depositors for deposit of the same in the same industry, but, she did not deposit rather utilized the same for her own business purpose.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
