====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 332 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.12.2019. He further submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21469 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 at Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 332 of 2019 with the condition that the petitioner on release will render his service as volunteer for a period of two months in dedicated Covid Hospital. He is required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize his service in this pandemic.
