Vide order dated 29.09.2004, this Court had directed that the present writ application be listed after disposal of L.P.A. No. 985 of 1996.

As per the office note dated 12.09.2017, it has been pointed out that the said L.P.A. No. 985 of 1996 has been disposed of vide order dated 21.04.2009.

The present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.04.2009 passed by the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 985 of 1996.
