The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 328 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are fatherin-law and mother-in-law of the complainant and have no specific role in the matter, let the petitioners above named , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49960 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 328 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. '
