The petitioner want quashing of the cognizance order dated 23.07.2013 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya passed in connection with Complaint Case No.2178 of 2012 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act and 403, 504 and 34 of the IPC.

It seems the petitioner has lost interest in the case. The petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial court at an appropriate stage.
