====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 IPC.

Considering the materials available on the record, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected at this stage. In the event the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below shall consider the case of the petitioner on its own merit and dispose of the same on the same day without being prejudiced by the refusal to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
