====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 The order passed by the learned Single Bench on 9.11.2010 in C.W.J.C. No.1379 of 2010 was set aside in L.P.A. No.200 of 2010 on 24th of September, 2014. The aggrieved persons, including the present petitioner, as per the learned counsel, preferred a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, numbered as S.L.P.(C) No.288306 of 2014 wherein, there is interim protection of termination of services, if not already so done.

In view of the fact that the order passed by the learned Single Bench has since been set aside, the present contempt petition in respect of the said order does not survive.
