Walliur Rahman for the defendantsrespondents. From perusal of the previous orders, it appears the application stood dismissed as against respondent no.1 who was the contesting defendant no.1 of the suit. It has rightly been submitted by the counsel for the respondents that the writ application has become incompetent. That apart, it appears that no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the previous date also.
The writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous. Needless to observe that the interim order passed, if any, also stands vacated.
