ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 13.8.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.31132 of 2015. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to inadvertence, the satisfaction of the court has been wrongly typed in the earlier petition; resulting in the mistake in the order dated 13.8.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.31132 of 2015.Accordingly, it is prayed that in the aforesaid order dated 13.8.2015, the expressions "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur" be recorded in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga". Let necessary corrections be made in the said order and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42899 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga", it should now be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur". Further, the time for surrender fixed in the said order dated 13.8.2015 is extended by three weeks from today. The order dated 13.8.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.
