Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 730 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 366, 376 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim but later, agreed to marry her. However, that was only a clever strategy to prevent any prosecution. After marrying the victim in a temple, it has been alleged that she was abandoned. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner denies every allegation but in view of the accusation against the
