ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 26.02.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara by which it has directed the Petitioner to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 500/- in Miscellaneous Case No. 135 of 2011. Considering that the impugned order is merely one of adinterim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party if he has not done so already.
